名词 n.
-
A form of urinary diversion involving the creation of an anastomosis between a ureter and the rectum.
— The ureteral catheters are passed through the holes and down toward the anus. Mucosa-to-mucosa ureteroproctostomies are made over the catheters with atraumatic chromic catgut. The catheters insure patency, prevent reflux, and temporarily divert urine from the suture line.
