    — Local organizers will come together on Presidents' Day weekend in February 1989, to share skills and report on their progress. At that meeting they will also set the agenda for the first Peace Army spokescouncil (for the Peace Army affinity groups), which will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 5-6, immediately before American Peace Test's Reclaim the Test Site II action.
