    — Since May 12, 2025, the Department of Homeland Security, ICE Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA or DHS) has filed motions to recalendar thousands of administratively closed cases in immigration courts throughout the country. […] A case may only be recalendared on the motion of one or both of the parties.
