  1. An intensifying prefix, roughly equivalent to more or very. morpheme
    — The main prefixes in the controlled language include “un-“, “plus-“, “doubleplus-“, “ante-” and “post-“. […] “Plus-” and “doubleplus-” are both intensifiers that replace words of different extremities, and the words very and extremely respectively.

词源

From plus, from Latin plūs (“more”). Coined by George Orwell in 1949 as part of the Newspeak in his novel Nineteen Eighty-Four.
