— To counterbalance the order of the tasks as well as possible within this scheme, a set of 10th order digram-balanced graecolatin squares were used [13], resulting in a design where (a) all stressful tasks appear in every position equally often, (b) all relaxing tasks appear in every position equally often, (c) every possible order of two consecutive stressful tasks occurs equally often, (d) every possible order of two relaxing tasks occurs equally often, and (e) every combination of stressful and relaxing tasks occurs equally often.
