英文释义
名词 n.
-
An alloy, of iron and manganese, used in the manufacture of steel.
— W. H. Donner of Pittsburgh, President of the Cambria Steel Company, urged specific and not ad valorem duties on iron and steel products. He contended the duty on ferromanganese, used largely in steel manufacture, should be no higher than that on pig iron, and that to increase the duty would be unfair to all the smaller companies competing with the United States Steel Corporation.
