    — Robert Bakker, I believe. The main theory is presented in "The Hot Blooded Dinosaurs", which isn't actually by Bakker. Can't remember tha author offhand, but can find out if anyone's interested. This book was reprinted recently in the light of dinophilia, and is worth a read if you're interested in the field.
