— Objective: To investigate the current situation of medicinal plant resources in Yungang District, Datong City, Shanxi Province; To provide basis for the sustainable utilization of medicinal plant resources in this area. Methods: Guided by the technical specifications of the fourth survey of TCM resources in Shanxi Province, the resources of medicinal plants in Yungang District were surveyed and statistically analyzed by combining traditional field investigation with modern technology.[…]Conclusion: There are relatively few kinds of TCM resources in Yungang District, and the planting industry of Chinese materia medica gradually degenerates.
