    — Mr Blair-Kerr went on to say that the place where the offence occurred was just off Brick Hill, or Wong Chuk Hang, near Aberdeen. The complainant, Chan For-tai, would give evidence that he, his wife, mother and two brothers, set off in their fishing junk about 2 a.m., on January 5 to fish. They sailed south from Aberdeen, then eastwards towards Wong Chuk Hang, and were heading for an island further south, Po Toi. Off Wong Chuk Hang, the junk was stopped by a small sampan, containing four occupants. The Crown's case was that two of them were the accused in the dock.
