    — (b) Railway Workshops: The company, on its formation, took over from the Government a workshop at Dairen¹ Station. This was temporarily repaired to meet immediate needs pending the erection of the new workshops in contemplation. The latter were erected at Shahokou,² near Dairen,¹ the work being commenced toward the end of 1908 and completed on August 9, 1911.
