— Embezzler and swindler (Hsiung I-wen), a clerk at the foundry of the (Yungchiu) production brigade, (Yuehchin) [translating 躍進 /跃进 (Yuèjìn)] commune, (Nankang) district, Harbin Municipality, from March 1963 to January 1970 swindled 11,000 yuan in cash from 22 units and more than 20 persons in the name of assisting them to purchase parts, electrical appliances and bicycles; embezzled 3,400 yuan through bribery and blackmail; and pocketed some 7,000 yuan through false labor contracts, totaling 22,200 yuan.
