— Charge.— "Drunkenness and disorderly conduct, to the prejudice of good order and military discipline." Specification 1.—"In that Private John F. Brainard, Company G, 16th Infantry, was drunk and disorderly in the public market in Ilagan, P. I. "This at Ilagan, Luzon, P. I., on the 21st day of January, 1900." Specification 2.—"In that Private John F. Brainard, Company G, 16th Infantry, having recieved a lawful order from Private John Schuler, Company G, 16th Infantry, a sentinel in the lawful discharge of his duty, to "leave the market and cease his disturbance," did use abusive and insulting language towards said sentry, and resisted arrest. "This at Ilagan, Luzon, P. I., on the 21st day of January, 1900."
