    — Beſides this, all Judæa and Iſrael were now maſtered to his hands; all the Arabians his borderers, the Syrians of Zobah, of Damaſcena, of Palmyrena, of Ituræa; all of Idumæa, Moab, and Ammon, paid him tribute; as likewiſe did the Hittites, who with the Perizzites, Hevites, Jebuſites, and other races of the Canaanites, were not as yet extinguiſhed, though ſubjected.
