    — The Cheddar Valley branch bears sharply southwards away from the main line at Yatton and immediately becomes single track. It is level for 1½ miles as far as Congresbury (pronounced "Coomsbury"), a crossing station with a junction at the south end for the Wrington Vale Light Railway. (The railways were later closed and removed)
